Ordering

Once you’ve completed your speaker design in the configurator, print your information. Then give us a call at 216-396-0227 or send us an email at order@blueprintacoustic.com to inform us that your order has been completed. We require a 20% down payment to begin the process.

 

Free Shipping

We will ship your speakers free of charge in the continental United States.

 

The Blueprint Delivery Guarantee

When you place your order, we will identify the date of delivery. If, for any reason, your order does not arrive on time, we will give you a 1% discount on your purchase price for every day we are late. That’s our promise to you.

 

Guarantee

We offer a two-year guarantee on workmanship and components. Rest assured that even after the warranty expires, you can count on us to work with you to solve any problems or issues that may arise. We believe in building long-term relationships!

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. If you do decide to return your order, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. That being said, we do want to make the process as easy and inexpensive as possible. If you want to make a return, give us a call and we will send you shipping labels. We get a much better price on shipping. After we receive the speakers, we will adjust the refund amount.

Speakers should be returned in the same packaging as they were shipped in and should be free from scratches, blemishes and other types of damage. If there are damages to the product, they will be handled as inexpensively as possible.

Assembled speakers with crates are also returnable. Blueprint will refund the total cost of the speakers and the crate. Once the speakers have been inspected for damage, we will refund the total purchase price, including the crates and half of the total shipping cost.
